At Drexalonchoglann, located at 10 Madden Street, Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, we are committed to providing high-quality 3D modeling education. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have developed this Return Policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all students.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for course cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Return Policy.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our courses and instructors. If you are not satisfied with your course experience, we offer a satisfaction guarantee within the first two weeks of course commencement. This guarantee allows you to withdraw from the course and receive a refund, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refund Period

Students who withdraw within the first 14 calendar days (two weeks) from the official course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative fee of NZD $50. To qualify for a full refund, you must:

  • Submit a written withdrawal request via email to partners@drexalonchoglann.world
  • Return all course materials, if any physical materials were provided
  • Cease access to all digital course materials and software licenses
  • Have attended no more than 3 course sessions

3.2 Prorated Refund Period

Students who withdraw after the 14-day full refund period but before 50% of the course has been completed are eligible for a prorated refund. The refund amount is calculated based on the remaining course duration:

Refund Amount = (Total Course Fee - Administrative Fee) × (Percentage of Course Remaining)

Example: If you paid NZD $1,299 for a 10-week course and withdraw after 3 weeks:

Refund = (NZD $1,299 - NZD $50) × (70% remaining) = NZD $874.30

3.3 No Refund Period

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 50% of the course has been completed. This policy ensures fairness to all students and allows us to maintain course quality and instructor availability.

4. Cancellation Before Course Start

4.1 Student-Initiated Cancellation

If you cancel your enrollment before the official course start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee:

  • Cancellation 30+ days before start date: Full refund minus NZD $25 administrative fee
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before start date: Full refund minus NZD $50 administrative fee
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before start date: Full refund minus NZD $100 administrative fee
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before start date: Full refund minus NZD $150 administrative fee

4.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

If Drexalonchoglann cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund with no administrative fees. Alternatively, we may offer you the option to:

  • Transfer to a different course start date
  • Transfer to an alternative course of equal or lesser value
  • Receive a credit toward future courses

5. Withdrawal Process

To withdraw from a course and request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written withdrawal request via email to partners@drexalonchoglann.world
  2. Include your full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for withdrawal
  3. Provide your preferred refund method (original payment method or bank transfer)
  4. Return any physical course materials to our Auckland location
  5. Cease access to digital course materials and online platforms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds are typically issued within 10-14 business days after approval, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Administrative fees as specified in this policy
  • Optional materials or resources purchased separately
  • Software licenses purchased independently
  • Certification exam fees (if applicable)
  • Third-party service fees
  • Costs incurred for special accommodations or services

7. Payment Plan Refunds

If you are enrolled in a payment plan and withdraw from the course:

  • You are responsible for all payments due up to the withdrawal date
  • Refunds are calculated based on payments already made
  • Outstanding payment plan balances must be settled before refund processing
  • Early payment discounts are forfeited upon withdrawal

8. Course Transfer Policy

8.1 Transferring to Another Course

If you wish to transfer to a different course instead of withdrawing, you may do so subject to the following conditions:

  • Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the new course start date
  • Transfers are subject to availability in the desired course
  • If the new course has a higher fee, you must pay the difference
  • If the new course has a lower fee, the difference will be credited to your account
  • One free transfer is permitted per enrollment; subsequent transfers incur a NZD $50 fee

8.2 Deferring to a Later Start Date

You may defer your enrollment to a later start date for the same course, subject to:

  • Deferral requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original start date
  • Deferrals are valid for up to 12 months from the original enrollment date
  • One free deferral is permitted per enrollment; subsequent deferrals incur a NZD $50 fee
  • Course fees may be adjusted if pricing changes before the new start date

9. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, we may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. To request consideration for special circumstances:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to explain your situation
  • Provide supporting documentation (medical certificates, official documents, etc.)
  • Submit a formal request for policy exception

Decisions regarding special circumstances are made at the sole discretion of Drexalonchoglann management and are not guaranteed.

10. Course Modifications

Drexalonchoglann reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, or delivery methods as necessary. In the event of significant changes that materially affect the course:

  • Students will be notified at least 7 days in advance when possible
  • Students may withdraw and receive a full refund if they do not accept the changes
  • Alternative arrangements will be offered when feasible

11. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed using the following methods:

  • Credit card refunds: Issued to the original card used for payment
  • Debit card refunds: Issued to the original card used for payment
  • Bank transfer payments: Refunded via bank transfer to your nominated account
  • Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer or check

Please note that refund processing times vary by payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while bank transfers may take 3-5 business days.

12. Disputes and Appeals

If you disagree with a refund decision or wish to appeal, you may:

  1. Submit a written appeal to partners@drexalonchoglann.world within 14 days of the decision
  2. Provide detailed reasons for your appeal and any supporting documentation
  3. Request a review by senior management

Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome in writing. Management decisions on appeals are final.

13. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer protection law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies beyond those outlined in this policy.

14. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. However, any changes will not affect refund eligibility for students already enrolled at the time of the change. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
