For courses over NZD $1,000, interest-free payment plans may be available, subject to approval. Late payments may result in suspension of course access and additional fees.
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations. In summary, full refunds (minus administrative fees) are available within the first two weeks of course commencement. After this period, refunds are prorated based on remaining course duration.
